Established in 2007, City Development is an NHBC Registered Building and Development Company with in-depth experience in the design and management of small Civil's engineering works, Commercial and Residential conversions and New Build.

As a hands on small Development Company, we closely oversee all of our Projects in-house from design onset to completion, using tried and tested sub-contracted trades to complement our own experienced team. This allows us to maintain close attention to detail and has given us our reputation for very high quality. We also have in-house expertise on environmental and ecohome designs.

Alongside our Bespoke Developments we offer a full range of services tailored to client requirements; from Design, Planning Applications / Building Warrants through to Turn Key solutions.
